Two boys aged 12 and 13 have been arrested for allegedly starting a grass fire that threatened homes in Kellyville, Sydney's northwest. Residents are being evacuated from areas near Lithgow in New South Wales due to a raging bushfire in the Cape Iti Valley. A separate blaze near St Helens in Tasmania is threatening homes with potential destruction.
