This podcast is really important to me, and here's why: When I was dealing with domestic violence, I had someone tell me, "Domestic Violence is wrong, but don't do anything or you'll ruin his life." That crushed me. I don't get angry often, but that made me livid. If you want to say you're an advocate for a cause, you should be an advocate no matter the situation. I've had so many friends and family tell me that they're an advocate against domestic violence, but they support and vibe with abusers. Those are the type of people that only advocate when they want to look woke or cool, or only talk when people are watching. Look at yourself and ask yourself if you're truly for a cause, or if you're only saying you are because it's popular and it makes you look cool.
