重返榮耀 ("Glorious Ruins")

Hi, 各位聽眾朋友們，平安！歡迎收聽愛的凱歌(Adore Him)，我是Judy。 今天要和大家介紹的詩歌為〈重返榮耀〉 (“Glorious Ruins”)。這首詩歌出自於Hillsong Worship 於2013年發行的同名專輯Glorious Ruins。多年前，當我第一次接觸這首詩歌時，尚未細看歌詞內容，就先被詩歌標題所吸引。我心裡想著：Glorious Ruins，多麼奇怪啊！為什麼「榮耀」和「廢墟」兩個詞會放在一起呢？這首歌中提到的「廢墟」指的是什麼呢？為何形容這個廢墟是「榮耀的」廢墟呢？既是廢墟有何榮耀可言呢？後來，我們團隊的一個成員提醒，不單單這首詩歌，出自這首詩歌的的專輯名稱也是定下標題為Glorious Ruins（榮耀的廢墟）。 不久，團隊希望能夠將Glorious Ruins 這首英文詩歌翻譯為中文。在了解這首詩歌歌詞意思並完成翻譯後，我卻遲遲沒有翻譯詩歌的標題。但眼看著要交給團隊的成員製譜，接著教會詩班員也等著要練唱這首中文翻譯詩歌，我卻還是沒有什麼想法時，忽然一位姐妹打電話問我：「我們收到妳翻譯Glorious Ruins 中文翻譯歌詞的電子檔案，但發現妳忘了翻譯詩歌歌名…。」我心裡想著，其實不是忘了翻譯，而是不知道該翻什麼？但就在那時，我突然有了一個想法，於是脫口而出：「重返榮耀」。我說：Glorious Ruins 就翻譯成「重返榮耀」吧！ 劍橋字典中針對 “ruin” 這個單詞的解釋，當作名詞時，意指「走向完全敗壞、毀滅的過程或者狀態。」“ruin”作為複數時，通常是指「廢墟」的意思。這個單詞僅僅出現在詩歌〈重返榮耀〉 (“Glorious Ruins”)的副歌；歌詞如此描述： So let the ruins come to life  讓那敗亡的活過來 In the beauty of Your Name  因祢榮美主名字 Rising up from the ashes 提拔那灰塵中的 God, forever You reign  主祢永遠掌權 And my soul will find refuge in the shadow of Your wings 在祢翅膀的蔭下 我靈找到安歇處 I will love You forever,  我要愛祢到永遠 And forever I'll sing 永遠向祢歌唱 副歌的前兩句歌詞這麼說：「讓那敗亡的活過來，因祢榮美的名字(“So let the ruins come to life in the beauty of Your name”)。聖經告訴我們，我們原是神所創造的，有祂的形像和樣式（創世記1:26-27），然而「世人都犯了罪，虧缺了神的榮耀」（羅馬書3:23），而「罪的工價乃是死」（羅馬書6:23a）。誰能使走向敗亡、毀滅的我們活過來呢？誰的名字能夠使我們得蒙拯救呢？羅馬書6:23節前半段告訴我們：「罪的工價乃是死」；緊接著第23節後半段告訴我們：「惟有神的恩賜，在我們的主基督耶穌裡，乃是永生。」是誰擁有那榮美的名字，能使敗亡的活過來呢？主耶穌祢的名字何等榮美！祢使那走向敗亡的我們活過來！ 神 啊 ， 求 你 為 我 造 清 潔 的 心 ， 使 我 裡 面 重 新 有 正 直 （ 或 譯 ： 堅 定 ） 的 靈 。 不 要 丟 棄 我 ， 使 我 離 開 你 的 面 ； 不 要 從 我 收 回 你 的 聖 靈 。 求 你 使 我 仍 得 救 恩 之 樂 ， 賜 我 樂 意 的 靈 扶 持 我 ， 我 就 把 你 的 道 指 教 有 過 犯 的 人 ， 罪 人 必 歸 順 你 。
