[Znamy się z Techno Podcast #36] Janicka

Janicka doesn't like to limit herself with genre frames. Closest to her heart is broadly understood techno, especially hardgroove, but also progressive and tribal sounds. She plays based on the principle of diversity and the right level of energy and intensity. She likes to play around with tunes from the 90s and 2000s and she weaves occasional trance or deep house into her sets. What's also important to her is to play music created by women. She made her debut in 2021 at an event by Instytut, "Techno is a woman" and you can regularly hear her sets in radio Kampus. She also joined the "Middle of Summer" line-up organized by Kombinat.
