The Beat Breakfast is BACK with another Oktoberfest Parody! This time we did a 'fest'ive version of Calvin Harris' - Feels!

Yes our very own Laura Geddes is vying to become Miss Oktoberfest 2017 and we couldn't be more excited for her. Not only are we excited, we as former judges (we recused ourselves this year so we don't have a conflict of interest) are helping Laura prepare as only we can with the Beat Breakfast Miss Oktoberfest Boot Camp. Have a listen as we put Laura through different scenarios she may face during the judging. The final boot camp stayed local as we quizzed Laura about the five German Clubs. She stumbled at first, but rebounded nicely.

We had tickets to the home opener on Friday night at the Aud when the Rangers take on the Flint Firebirds and Kyle helped us give those tickets away.

This time it was the all important German translation portion of the boot camp, and to be honest, Laura didn't fare so well this time out.
