Whether we are running to the top in our careers, to a spiritual guru or to reach a goal, we are rushing somewhere. But the real question is where are we going and what’s the rush when we’re all heading to the same place? Knowing that what is meant for us finds us always. Your content is your caliber
In this episode I discuss podcast bros, incels, and the fallacy of misogynistic content. What we create and put out into the world says a lot about who we are. The content you create is the caliber of your character. It speaks to your weaknesses, fears, and tells everyone everything they need to know about you.

Perfection is a prison
Who told you that you needed to be perfect to be able to do the things you want to do in the world? When you can answer that question, I hope you can liberate yourself from the lie that you need to be perfect to complete that project, to show the world your art or to show up completely as yourself. The nuance of life is the most beautiful aspect of it, so why dim your light and micromanage yourself into paralysis? Create, be free love yourself. Invest! Do whatever you want to do and put your all into it and watch what happens.

Healing is a roller coaster on Fire
Healing is a Marathon—not a sprint. So why is it that everyone is trying to rush to this point of perfection when there are so many layers to shed? In a marathon we have to pace ourselves, take our time, to move ahead with a steady pace or else we will get worn out. Why is it then that so many of us try to rush our healing or allow others to define it for us without finding what it means to be healed on our own terms? In this episode I discuss the process of healing and how it’s not a beautiful process and give tips on signs to look for to know where you are in the journey. If you are on your healing journey, this episode is for you.

Rerouting, life design, and the illusion of free will
In this episode, I discuss and challenge the idea of free will, rerouting our life design (plans), and the importance of knowing what you truly need when making life decisions. No matter what we plan or desire, what is meant for us will always reroute us to where we need to be.

Energy conservation in social situations
Learning that you’re not for everyone is not only a gift, it’s a blessing in disguise. In social situations we can feel a need to move around the room and meet everyone, but if it feels forced then perhaps we are missing out on meeting the people who are perfect for us that have something we need to hear? In this episode I discuss the importance of receptivity, quality over quantity and presence being enough.

What that nervous system do?
In this episode I discuss the need for inner inquiry and moving into what gives us genuine pleasure in life outside of external stimuli.
