    Authentic vs. Authoritative: The Trust Factor

    Trust is the true currency of leadership. Without it, no vision, no strategy, and no title can carry real influence. The way a leader chooses to show up authentic vs. authoritative determines whether trust is built or broken.Authentic leadership says: “I lead with who I am, not just what I do.” It’s grounded in honesty, transparency, vulnerability, and consistency. Authentic leaders understand that people don’t follow titles, they follow trust.
