    The Giants continue to go 50% on their weeks performances, this time 3 points from the 6 available in battles against the Flames, Storm and Steelers. Simon, Davy and Patrick return to look back at what went right and what went wrong in the weeks games. Kevin Raine speaks to AVFTB about his new venture and where his future may lie.     2 games, 2 goals and 2 points each over the first 2 days of the 2nd month of the year. Giants and Devils split the points at the SSE, each gaining a regulation win on the Steelers who failed to pick anything from the weekend. And now with a weekend off for the Giants; Patrick, Davy and Joel look back at all the talking points from the weekend.     A Four Point Weekend, AT LAST! The Giants took wins over Guildford and Glasgow with 10 goals in the back of the net over 2 games. Davy, Simon and Patrick chat about those wins, the departure of Rickard Palmberg and they ask your TFA questions to Ciaran Long. The lads cast their eye over the action across the League and Challenge Cup, give their opinion on who should be January’s Player of the Month, and Cardiff fan and media heavyweight, John Donovan chats with Davy ahead of a huge weekend in Belfast.     Ten Mums, One Drum

    Win on Saturday, Lose on Sunday, its happened a lot this season for the Belfast Giants and last weekend was no different. A thumping victory over the Clan was followed by a difficult loss in Sheffield. Patrick, Davy and Joel convene to discuss just what went on, 4 goals in 90s, and a controversial Check to the Head call.     Another weekend, another win/loss split for the Belfast Giants. What’s going on with the Boys in Teal? Is the quest to retain the title becoming too much of an ask, or can momentum be regained? Davy, Simon and Patrick talk about the victory over Sheffield and the disappointing trip to Guildford. Luke Fisher, Head of Media for the EIHL joins the show to discuss the EIHL’s Pride weekend and the Giants equality initiative. We talk playoffs, Clan and we put your questions to Simon and Davy..     Stephen

    The Giants had a battle on their hands against the Coventry Blaze this weekend, but still problems in scoring flare up. A View From The Bridge returns to assess what went right and what went wrong over the weekend at the SSE Arena. Patrick, Davy and Joel chat to D-Man, Ryan Lowney about his move from North America, his reasons for joining Belfast and ask him YOUR questions. We celebrate the Player of the Month for December, and wonder why the EIHL are so worried about game length. Mostly, however, we pay tribute to the BBC Broadcaster and former Giants Match Night Announcer, the much loved Stephen Clements, who we sadly lost on Tuesday. This show is dedicated to him.     Twenty Twenty Vision

    Back to work for A View From The Bridge after an extended Christmas break, and 7 games to consider as the Giants battled to strong victories over Glasgow, Fife and Dundee. However they were also eliminated from the Challenge Cup by Cardiff and suffered a humiliating home defeat to Omar Pacha’s Stars. Plenty for Davy, Simon and Patrick to consider, and they are joined by the Head Coach of the Belfast Giants, Adam Keefe as he made his way back from the game in Dundee on Thursday evening. The lads pay tribute to Tom Darnell, look ahead to the NCAA Friendship Series this weekend, ask what went wrong for Patryk Wronka and preview a tough weekend against a Blaze side buoyant from their 5-0 victory in Cardiff.

    Don't Let The Bells End

    A Four Point EIHL Weekend and a tight Quarter Final are what the Giants enjoyed in the last 7 days, along with the signing of a new Swedish forward. So in, possibly, the last A View From The Bridge before Christmas, Davy, Joel and Patrick do their best to make sense of the action. The lads look at the events in the games against Cardiff, Dundee and Glasgow while Simon chats with new signing Rickard Palmberg before the lads jetted off to South Wales. There is a note of gratitude to Matt Towe, discussion on the Sports Personality of the Year, Patrick alienates listeners, and ask if the Flames are a threat to the EIHL title?     Come Join The Joyride

    Up and down, back and forth, one game to the next it becomes tough to work out what you're going to see from this season's Belfast Giants. A split points weekend against the Sheffield Steelers at the SSE Arena went from the sublime to the ridiculous. Simon, Davy and Patrick do their best to explain all thats gone on. You'll also hear from Jeff Mason, Adam Keefe, Bobby Farnham and Ryan Lowney. The lads look across the weekend action and discuss *that* 20th Anniversary video. The controversial Teddy Toss is on the agenda, as is congratulations to November's Player of the Month.     Rollercoaster

    Life is never dull this season for the Belfast Giants, one win from three in the last week is not the response Adam Keefe would have wanted following the successes in South Wales. Kevin Raine and Curtis Hamilton are our guests as we consider the Giants performances in Sheffield, Fife and Dundee. Patrick, Joel and Davy discuss the ups and downs of the performances across the week before we hear the thoughts of Curtis Hamilton who spoke with Simon at training. Northeastern won the Friendship Four at their second attempt, we hear from, among others, Mayor of Boston, Marty Walsh, Ralph Cox and Robert Fitzpatrick.     The Belfast Giants dominated proceedings on and off the ice at the Viola Arena this past weekend and a 4 point haul marks a rapid turn around for Adam Keefe's side. A View from the Bridge returns to discuss just what mae the difference in snapping that 4 game losing streak against title rivals Cardiff. And with another challenger, Sheffield, facing us on Wednesday can the giants keep the momentum of the weekend into the Fly DSA Arena? Curtis Leonard answers your questions as our guest on The Fan Agenda. We heard from Adam Keefe and Mark Garside as they prepare to jet to South Yorkshire. The lads look around the league and a brief foray into the NHL with the Keefe family ties.     Adam Keefe has been ringing the changes in the Belfast Giants roster on the back of another point-free weekend. One player is welcomed into the fold as two are shown the door while Belfast try to find a level of successful consistency to their game ahead of a huge weekend in Cardiff. Patrick, Davy and Joel come together to discuss the tough couple of weeks in the Land of the Giants. New face David Goodwin chats to Patrick, Adam Keefe gives his thoughts to Simon and Blair Riley returns to AVFTB ahead of the first games against his old side since leaving in the summer.     Just The Two Of Us

    After a terrible weekend for the Belfast Giants, only Davy and Simon are fit to discuss what went wrong at the NIC against the Nottingham Panthers. They are joined by Bobby Farnham and Omar Pacha on this weeks A View from the Bridge. We also head down to training to hear from Curtis Leonard, Rya Lowney and Jeff Mason. Davy and Simon put your questions to Bobby Farnham who gives an insight to being called up to the NHL. Omar Pacha previews his Stars trip back to the SSE Arena.     Never Forget

    Remember, Remember the 5th of November as Back to Back wins over the Coventry Blaze and victory on FreeSports mid week over Fife put the Giants in the driving seat when it comes to form in the EIHL. And they went on to strengthen with the signing of D-Man Ryan Lowney. He is a guest on this weeks AVFTB, along with Mark Garside who answers your Fan Agenda questions. Davy, Joel and Patrick assess what gave the Giants the edge in a 6 point week. We hear an exclusive interview with Patryk Wronka and hear from October’s Player of the Month, Kevin Raine. DOPS handed out some big bans this week.. did they get it right? And we reflect on the career of one Matthew Towe!

    Never Ignored

    The Belfast Giants registered their first road win of the season and four point weekend, but not without issues. A thumping win over Dundee was followed by a 6-5 shootout win over the Storm that saw the Giants drop a 4 goal lead. This week A View From The Bridge is joined by Adam Keefe, Danny Stewart and Aaron Murphy. Simon, Davy and Patrick discuss what went right and wrong over the weekend, and look at the new roster regulations released by the EIHL. Adam Keefe takes on YOUR questions that are listed on The Fan Agenda. Ahead of Wednesdays first live EIHL game of the season on FreeSports, Aaron Murphy chats to Davy as the Giants visit Fife on out TV Screens.     Teal Shoots

    Belfast Giants recovered from a shoot out loss on Saturday to take the win and three points form the weekend on Sunday against the Manchester Storm. On this weeks A View From The Bridge we are joined by Adam Keefe and Ben lake to discuss the Giants attempts to restore that winning form. Davy, Joel and Patrick look back at the weekend and how the Giants have been gun to find that scoring touch. Simon pops by training to chat with Ben Lake and Adam Keefe.     Glasgow Kiss

    Despite a tough week for the Belfast Giants, Adam Keefe's men did qualify for the knockout stages of the Challenge Cup. Three defeats in a week and still no wins on the road mean that there is a lot to deal with for the Giants coaching staff. This week Davy, Simon and Patrick look at what went wrong in Glasgow, the lads reflect on the CHL and defeat in Luleå and ask what the Giants learned form their experience. We hear from head coach Adam Keefe as he attempts to galvanise his side for a domestic revival. We answer your questions in The Fan Agenda, look at whats going on in the EIHL and chat with Manchester Storm head coach Ryan Finnerty ahead of his teams double header in Belfast this weekend.

    Deal or No Deal

    A difficult 7 days for the Belfast Giants. A home win over Guildford was followed by another defeat on the road, this time in Dundee, that leaves the Giants in a "Must Win" scenario against an in-form Glasgow Clan this Saturday if they have any aspirations of retaining the Challenge Cup once again. Meanwhile SHL outfit Luleå took all the points in the Champions Hockey League mid-week to eliminate Adam Keefe's side in their first foray into the competition. Patrick, Davy and Joel will consider the difficulties the Giants have faced in this week and are joined by Liam Reddox who will answer your questions in The Fan Agenda. We get the opinions of Kevin Raine following Tuesdays defeat, look at the recent IIHF rule changes, congratulate the September Player of the Month and ask how the Giants can revived their form on the road ahead of challenging trips to Glasgow and Sweden.

    Belfast Giants had a mixed weekend at home in Cup and League competition, and this week's A View From The Bridge looks across the defeat to the Stars and victory over the Panthers.     Off Season Special - August 2019

    The Belfast Giants roster is complete and it is a little over a week before the first Pre-Season game of the summer, so what better way to prepare than the latest edition of A View From The Bridge. This week Patrick, Davy, Simon and Joel look across the latest names and roster as a whole as Adam Keefe completes his team for the 2019-20 season. We have interviews from Ben Lake, Kevin Raine, Matt Pelech and Adam Keefe. Adam Robinson gives us the lowdown on the new SNL Giants.
