I’m new here but i wanted to provide a safe space for anyone who decides to tune in , rather it’s the single mom whose child is on break down number 3, a hopeless romantic, someone who’s struggling with anxiety/depression, or you just came across this. I plan on talking about and touching different aspects of everyday messy life . I hope to make a connection with any and everyone while also building trust with my listeners where they feel comfortable enough sending in their scenarios and trusting me with the best feedback and advice. we’re all doing this thing called life , let’s whine about it together .

This podcast is a space for real stories and real conversations. My listeners can expect moments that are personal , sometimes dramatic and maybe even questionable, but always honest . I’ll be sharing reflections, things i’ve held onto , things i thought i’d never say out loud and some lessons i’m still learning. Some episodes may feel like a free therapy session, others may feel like eavesdropping on your thoughts at 3AM, either way you’re invited.
