S2e2 - Exploring Intuition + Law of Attraction with Kevin Young

Season 2 we jump right into my favorite topic... intuition and consciousness. Joined by Kevin Young, an Intuitive Coach & Healer, we discuss self-healing, personal and relational empowerment, micro and macro mirroring, catalyst moments and awakening, and more. I challenge him a little on perceptions of spiritual teachers like Abraham Hicks and we get into more on manifestation. I get a little personal about my own trip-ups in self-trust. Identity Transition

Welcome to Season 2! I'm kicking this season off the same way I did Season 1... a little rambling on Identity and what it means to change your name. It's a reclamation, and so much more. Also included are some updates on projects and my continued battle with Facebook not changing my name even though I've provided proof of my LEGAL name change. I'm stuck in a meta loop that spirals into the depths of hell. I did create a FB Page, but I'm starting over in terms of building community. I digress... it's been quite a journey in 6mo time. Thanks for tuning in. Oh, and you can now find out more about me and my offerings at www.michellewolfe.me --> Season 2 we're getting into more of the nitty gritty of spirituality, the sentient experience of being human, depth psychology, existentialism, and I might let my freak flag fly and invite mysticism and mediumship into the mix. We'll see. Stay tuned... Thanks for tuning in to All the Things ☺️

Ep11 - Intimate Alchemy: Bridging Sex + Dreams

We're getting a little juicy in episode 11. Michael Author is a Sexual Guide for Men and a Dream Technologist. Founder of the Dreaming Society and wtfdyw.com (what the fuck do you want dot com).  Listen is as Michael and I discuss Depth Sexuality and Dreamscape Technology. We're getting into the personal stuff like common barriers in deepening intimacy in relationships (intimacy is more than sex and sex is an important part of it), ways to re-ignite desire in long term relationships, the importance of paying attention to your dreams if you want to create a life that truly supports you, and the BS idea that men and women cannot be genuine friends even if there is mutual attraction at play. I have to laugh when we talked about the benefits of novelty... Michael and I were talking about different things there for a min. :) Thanks for tuning in to All the Things ☺️

Ep10: Healing through Fantasy - Writing as Catharsis

Have you ever read a book and cried your eyes out when it ended or a favorite character died? Writing is cathartic. It gives the author the opportunity to create a character, tell a story, and process experiences. Writing also invites readers to share in that experience, though they will ultimately perceive it through their own senses. Abigail Wild, Publisher, Author, and Creative Director at Wild Ink Publishing LLC, discusses the impact of fantasy writing and how it can be a tool for processing difficult emotions and even traumatic childhood experiences. We even get into a little neuropsych talk (for funzies). You can find out more about Abigail and Wild Ink Publishing at wild-ink-publishing.com. Enjoy!  Thanks for tuning in to All the Things ☺️

Ep9 - The Art + Science of Sound Healing with Lana Ryder

One of my most favorite topics and I'm so happy to have introduced it with my favorite sound mama. Lana is  a Master Sound Practitioner and instrumental (pun intended) in bridging Sound Healing with Allopathic medicine in the Greater Harrisburg/Lancaster area. She is a close personal mentor, teacher and soul family friend in my life. I resonate with her views on universal consciousness and we both grew up embracing the concept that "God is Love" -- though what "God" is means different things to all of us. To me, Love is a frequency and God is much more than what we read about in the Bible.  But that's an episode for another day... enjoy our discussion on some fundamentals of Sound Healing. Ep8 - The Ultimate Life Transition & What it Means to be a Death Doula

Beth Montgomery, a psychic medium, aura reader, and Death Doula joins me for a discussion about the ultimate life transition. The thing we all fear (unless we face it and conquer it) but that which is inescapable for every one of us. We talk about the importance of connection, compassion, and what it is to show up for someone in their last moments. We had a little fun talking about auras and mediumship, too. This is a heavy topic, but an important one no less. Thanks for tuning in to All the Things ☺️

Ep7 - Attachment, Somatic Therapy, Trauma-informed healing w Valerie Rubin

Valerie and I cover a lot of ground in this episode. From what it means to be trauma-informed and why somatic healing is integral to freeing yourself from the grips of anxiety, C-PTSD, and other mental health struggles. I share some of my experience working through PTSD symptoms after the birth of my first child - my son. My sunshine. I always say he saved my life, woke me up, a major catalyst for change. This one might be triggering for some, but my hope is to increase awareness about healing modalities and resources for those who might benefit. Topics we touch on: anxious-avoidance dance, anxious attachment, attachment wounds, healing relationship trauma IN relationships, Post-Partum, fawning, self-abandonment, EMDR, self-liberation.... like I said, we cover a lot of ground. You can find Valerie Rubin on IG @healwval or on The Anxiety Recovery Podcast. Enjoy! Thanks for tuning in to All the Things ☺️

    Ep6: School Daze...a Loving Alternative

In this episode, Angel and I discuss our experiences with the public school system. Particularly, truancy, early start times, the impact of sleep deprivation on growing children (especially teens). Our approach is one that puts love at the helm and takes into consideration our children's self-agency. This episode won't be for everyone, but if you are a parent struggling with the structure of the school system, this one might be for you. It's ok to stand for something different. The blanket approach for public schooling does not work for everyone. It's so important to know your parental rights and your child's rights if you're wanting to try something different. Angel Pricer is an alchemical artist and co-creator of Full Color Living, a unique approach to building resilience, emotional expression, and healing. https://www.fullcolorliving.orgThanks for tuning in to All the Things ☺️

Ep5 - Living Reiki w Rickie Meryl Freedman

Everything is Energy. That concept opened me up to Reiki 8 years ago and my life hasn't been the same since. In episode 5, Rickie and I discuss what it means to Radiate Our Reiki Light and how reiki isn't something we "do," it's who we are and what we share in this co-creation we call life. We talk about boundaries as a form of self love, law of attraction, FEAR vs LOVE, and the most common question people ask of Reiki Practitioners. Thanks for listening! PS. you can purchase "Radiating Your Reiki Light" on Amazon and reikibyrickie.com. If you love it (or even if you don't), please share your feedback by leaving a review. Ep4: Speaking from the Heart w Josh Smith

In this episode, Josh and I go deep into a discussion about mental health, being on the autism spectrum, and we both share our struggles with suicide -- and why it's so important to share in safe spaces. We need each other. Humans were not meant to go it alone. We learn from each other. Josh is a mentor, coach, and host of "Speaking from the Heart" podcast.. and he's just an all around great guy. I really enjoyed getting to the heart of the matter with him. And please, for anyone struggling with thoughts of suicide or depression or feels like a burden: please know that you are not alone and if you find yourself in crisis there are people who can and want to help, whether it be friends/family or trained professionals (988 is a crisis hotline). Thanks for tuning in to All the Things ☺️

Ep3: Shadow Work and Burnout w Jen Eggerts

What is Shadow Work and how do we embark on the journey of integrating our shadow self? Shadow work is a method for psychological healing that leads to personal empowerment and acceptance of our "exiled self" through enhanced inner wisdom and ability to facilitate personal growth. In Episode 3, Jen and I discuss the importance of shadow work and the impact on inner child healing and overall well being. Sensitive topics, including infidelity and alcoholism, may be triggering for some. Listen to us share our own experiences with shadow work and balancing healing with burnout. “Shadow work is the path of the heart warrior.” – Carl JungThanks for tuning in to All the Things ☺️

She takes an empowered approach to losing her job and shifting her perspective on AI. We share our thoughts on incorporating AI into our work and our personal lives and how we see it playing out collectively. As with all things, it comes down to a balanced approach.
