Linda now understands why actors have more fun playing "unsavory characters," and that improv is, in fact, hard. What Laura didn't expect was how triggering this thought experiment would be. Ever felt like safety measures are just for show? Today the ladies dive into security theater and why it might not keep us safer. We’ve all experienced it—those airport security checks where you take off your shoes. Sure, it feels safer, but does it really stop anything? Security theater is about creating the illusion of safety without addressing the real issues. Like when a tragic event leads to knee-jerk reactions instead of thoughtful solutions. Or when a President in the Epstein Files starts a war to change a narrative. Why do we spend so much on superficial safety? What if we allocated those resources to education and awareness instead? 

The ladies have a cornucopia of complaints this week, but with less vitriol. Is the rage still there? Why yes, it is. They simply had more self-control this week, which is good since MAGA men don't like chicks who aren't ornamental or available to clean up their mess.
