An American in the EPL

Talking about the American in the EPL and the games from matchday 2. Shorter pod this week as we saw more draws and the fireworks happened in different games. I touch on Darwin’s red card and the dust up in Chelsea vs. Spurs derby.

I talk about Fulham v Liverpool. Leeds v Wolves. With some major American interaction in those two games, it was a great weekend for Americans in the EPL. Brendan Aaronson and Tyler Adams showing they belong and Antonee Robinson showing he can compete with the best.

Trying something new with a mini episode on the community shield. Half time and full time instant reaction. I’ll probably end up doing one of these a week for Liverpool games and use match day reactions for Leeds, Chelsea, Crystal Palace updates on the Americans on those teams.

I'm back and ready for a new season of English Premier League action. With Jesse Marsch leading Leeds and bringing in an American contingent, Fullham returning to the EPL, Chris Richards moving from Bayern/Hoffenheim to Crystal Palace and Matt Turner signing for Arsenal there is a strong contingent of Americans in the EPL.  

I talk about the weekends “exciting” and Liverpool’s 2-0 win against Burnley. I break down their second goal and why it was a beautiful thing.
