We are talking about democracy, right, there's no such democracy that can be overburdened or overeased that politicians becomes puppet of your hands either vice versa. Literally you should understand, democracy means understanding the very core of things Why ? How ? Mostly why and how ??? Ask questions then wait for the answers and if you already have the answer, try to remain calm and patience till your turn came. And if you are debating, try to debate, not to Aleniate. And if you're winner, habitaual of winning, democracy is seriously not for you. Demoacracy comes with a risk, that often when you're getting yourself paid better, don't become and try to play the card of victim like I was paid better when I was working in different college, universities or whatever the institutions be like. Analyze, adopt, reason, and then decide what can be defined as democracy. Democracy can different for different people par above the board, at the end of the day. It's about rights but in order to preserve your rights, you should take the responsibility to respect the means as well as ends. Thanking you.
