Trajectory, Plans, Actions and Solutions During my academic and work experience, I have learned the importance of responsibility, leadership, and adaptability. I have worked for more than fourteen years in the logistics and transportation sector, and this has helped me understand how important it is to solve problems quickly and make responsible decisions. If I have a clear goal (zero conditional), I always stay focused until I reach it. For example, in my job as a billing analyst, if there is a problem with orders or transportation records, I verify the information and look for solutions immediately. In my academic context, I know that if I study consistently (first conditional), I will continue improving my English level and my professional skills. That is why I try to balance my work and my studies with flexibility and discipline. Leadership is also important. If I were in charge of a team (second conditional), I would promote good communication and responsibility, because these values make any process more efficient. I also believe that flexibility is essential. In logistics, things change every day, and if we don’t adapt, we can’t meet the company’s goals. For this reason, I always try to be open to new ideas and different ways of working. Finally, in both my academic and work contexts, I try to take actions that improve my performance. I organize my tasks, review my progress, and propose solutions when I see an opportunity for improvement. If I find a problem, I look for alternatives instead of waiting for someone else to solve it.
