    The Epstein files, and who’s in them…

    In Episode 8 of Beyond the Party Lines, Ethan and Vidyuth talk about the notorious financier and sex predator/trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. They took a step back to talk about notable names in the files, criticisms of how the DOJ released those files, discussed Epstein’s potential ties to Israel and current status, and ended with an update on Ethan’s opinion around the US operation in Venezuela.     What's Going on with Iran?

    In Episode 7 of Beyond the Party Lines, Ethan and Vidyuth discuss recent events related to the US attacks on Iran and a little bit on the history of the country.     In Episode 5 of Beyond the Party Lines, Ethan and Luke discuss what they think is important in the wake up the wake of the government shutdown and the looming expiration date of the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance subsidies. Then they took a step back to talk about gerrymandering in America after Texas and California compete for who can politically out-maneuver the other, and they ended on Trump’s foreign policy and its pros and cons.     Our Current President...

    In the fourth episode of the Beyond the Party Lines podcast, Ethan is joined by Luke Shahied to discuss the actions of our current president in this term and his first. From campaign promises, to hypocritical statements, to the character of the president, this episode of Beyond the Party Lines has been the longest we’ve ever done. Ethan and Luke ended the episode discussing billionaires and the tax code, and whether or not they have an obligation to pay more taxes.     This week we talked about the relationship between the public and the media, the restriction of the freedom of press, and the Birthright Citizenship Controversy.
