This course goes in-depth into every aspect of the PDK system and is designed to be completed on-demand and at your own pace. It gives integrators a good base of knowledge to start installing and troubleshooting PDK systems. The PDK Sales team, whether a contracted rep, outside sales, or inside sales, are always available to help integrators create accurate bills of materials, assist with job walks, or anything else in the pre-build phase, to help ensure you have the right materials for every project. The Knowledge Base or Online Help Center, available on support.pdk.io has a ton of documentation on how to install systems, troubleshooting methods, product specifications, helpful diagrams, and more. Integrators can quickly search the Knowledge Base to find the answers to essentially any question they have. Lastly, integrators can contact PDK’s Live Chat, Call-In Line, and Emergency After-Hours Support Line.
