Just before lockdown, I was diagnosed with Bipolar and since then I have suddenly realized I have been carrying so much baggage. With lockdown in full swing, join me in my weekly podcast as I try to unravel me and empty some of this baggage I seem to always carry. As I interview people I love, as I try and seek some sort of understanding of who I am.
