6. What did we learn?
In this episode, we discuss the intent of this immersion with our professors. We talk about “the landing” of the experience. We discuss questions of structure, academia, and the learning process. We further question how science and spirit can be linked and how to incorporate our learnings back at home.

In this episode, we have reached the end of our time in Hyderabad. We reflect on our inner journey to capture our learnings. We also discuss the experiences in teams and how to overcome certain challenges.

4. Understanding Complexity
In this episode, we want to capture complexity and ponder on how we as students from a different context address complexity, deal with it and use it to our advantage. How can complexity in the business world be an asset and when can it turn into a hindrance.

3. The higher we jump the harder we fall
This episode is hosted from Hyderabad for the first time. We will discuss our first experiences from being embedded in the context, while the theme of the episode revolves around fear and failure. We discuss through each other’s stories why failure seemingly happens and attempt to answer what failing actually means.

2. Jump higher, better, and faster
In this episode we will focus on the relationship between the groups and their assigned companies in Hyderabad, India. Ultimately, pondering questions such as; Why can I not make myself clear to the company? Why are we seemingly talking right past each other? Why is my team and our task totally uncorrelated to what we have been doing in class? How can trust be established in this environment? Why is this so much tougher than I expected?

1. Anticipation
This episode will address the core challenge and answer the fundamental questions of; Why India? What is so special in this experience? Why must I travel so long and put myself through so much trouble to learn? Why is the University not giving me these learnings in class? What am I truly here for? Why this and why now and for what?
