How I practice self-care
This episode is all about self-care. When life gets difficult, one of the best things we can do for ourselves is take care of ourselves. It is one thing we can control in a world of uncontrollable things. It is not an easy or simple thing to do, but by building good self-care habits, we build happy, healthy lives. I know future me is thanking current me for taking such good care of herself.

Let's get vulnerable with each other
Heyyy everyone. Today I talk a bit about vulnerability, how it creates better human connection, and how I've really been struggling with tough feelings and emotions this past week. I can't just pretend my life is always sunshine and rainbows so I decided to talk about how not okay I am right now while also still wanting to be creative through this podcast. I open up a bit about not feeling great even though I'm doing everything "right", like taking care of my mind and body. If any of you out there relate, I hope you also find ways to keep going and find support so that we can all enjoy the beautiful things in life. Breath by breath, we can figure it all out together.

Starting over
Hiiii! My name is Camille and this is my first podcast episode...ever! I am so excited to start this journey and to yap with all of you. This episode is just a little introduction into my life and what I am doing right now/my plans for the near future. I talk about graduating college in Arizona, relationships, starting a new job, failing, moving back to Spain, and a couple other things. I titled my podcast Breath by Breath because that is how I am choosing to move through life and the adversities I continue to face. By taking things day by day, step by step, breath by breath. I also practice yoga and meditation every week, which has helped me learn how to breathe in order to improve my mental and physical health. I will do a whole podcast episode about this later, but for now, enjoy this intro ep!
