Aaron and Jason start by acknowledging that this year marks the 6th year for us as a company and whether you have been here since the start or are new to the team, I think we can all agree that is a pretty wild achievement. Later on, they highlight our need as a company to keep serving the dirt world and keep the pedal to the metal. We are doing this by continuing to do all we can to serve our customers while fostering an environment within our own company that focuses on feedback, clear communication, and a healthy balance between growth and profit.     bauma 2022/Germany Trip Preview -- DT143.5

    This week on Dirt Talk, Aaron lays out the trip itinerary to Europe for late October 2022. He and Chase Lyons (Field Producer at BuildWitt) will be spending a few days at bauma 2022 in Munich, Germany, before a 2 day break in Austria. After the Austrian weekend, the guys will head back to Germany for a few days with the folks from Zeppelin Caterpillar.
