Pierce, who represents as many as 20 January 6th defendants, was recently criticized by Kyle Rittenhouse during an appearance on Tucker Carlson as taking advantage of him, keeping him in jail, and raising money for his own benefit. Judge Royce Lamberth, who has been the presiding judge over Chansley's case, scheduled a hearing to get to the bottom of the issue, and hear from Jake directly.
