It's in the lower back region of the spine. It is significance to have a healthy spine, as spine and posture is important. The frame of a house is similar to the spine of the body. They both are essential for structural support and shape. The lumbar region supports "the weight of the upper body". I think about it as being foundation for the "upholding" of the body... The spine is the backbone and a backbone is "the chief support of a system or organization; the mainstay. Synonyms are the cornerstone, foundation and pillar.We know Jesus to be our Cornerstone. Jesus must be in our frame, our foundation, our key, our basis, our base, our bedrock, our center(piece), our core, our anchor, our everything. Without Him, it all falls apart. Psalm 118:22, Isaiah 28:16, Ephesians 2:20.The spine is the backbone. Poor posture (weak spine) doesn't have to be permanent. We must have a backbone! Research what it means to metaphorically "have a backbone"-- also saying that for those with a root of passive aggressiveness that needs to be addressed...❤”

Lord, I pray that whomever comes across this post will come closer to You. That they will experience Your great love for them. That they may come to know You, love You and live for Your glory. Thank You for loving us so much to do what You did. You knew that sin led to death and eternal separation from You. Yet, with Jesus' birth, death and resurrection, we now have access to You, forevermore. When we believe. Have faith in You. We are saved by grace, through faith. You call us to You.
