Ashley Kindsvatter & Sara Petrie met working in IT, but bonded over a shared interest in politics. When they decided they wanted to learn more, and do more to share what they were learning with others, they started a podcast, United SHE Stands, that has taken off since it's inception in 2022. They lead conversations with empathy and compassion, and truly care about the future of our state, and want to bring more folks into the conversation about politics in Ohio. When we think about the impact that gerrymandering and hyper-partisan politics can have on our state, no one knows that reality better than mayors. In the last 8 months, we've had some great discussions with folks around Ohio and the country who understand the importance of ensuring our elections are honest and fair.
