Starting her career as a speech-language pathologist, Sarah worked in pediatric and adult clinics across New Zealand, Washington, D.C., and central Illinois. On January 1, 2025, she became PRC-Saltillo’s fourth CEO, and the first speech-language pathologist to hold the position, underscoring her unique perspective and vision. Her previous leadership roles, in marketing and product development as well as Chief Operating Officer, reflect a career defined by innovation, impact, and a passion for empowering communication.

    Megan Pando is the founder of Columbus’ Makers Social, an interactive makerspace and bar that allows guests to work on DIY projects, like jewelry-making, leatherwork and woodworking.  Pando grew up in Cincinnati and also lived in Pittsburgh before moving to Columbus in 2014, where she opened her first business, Studio 614, a paint-and-sip studio in Clintonville. Smith, PhD assumed the role of dean and director of Ohio State Newark on Aug. 1, 2024. With his appointment, Smith will spearhead efforts at Ohio State Newark to align campus priorities and further strengthen the university’s commitment to student success, innovation in teaching and learning, research opportunities, and community engagement.  Smith formerly served as dean of the College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences at Radford University, a comprehensive public university in Radford, Virginia, where he was also a professor of communication. In his deanship at Radford, Smith led the university’s largest college, which includes about 120 full-time faculty and up to 2,200 students. The college includes a school, eight departments, four interdisciplinary programs and Army ROTC.John M. Berry, PhD, assumed the role of COTC president on January 1, 2019, and is the college’s second sole president. He was unanimously selected by the COTC Board of Trustees after a nationwide search.Having previously served as director of student life at COTC, Berry returned to the college after positions at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, North Carolina; Rhodes State College in Lima, Ohio; and most recently, BridgeValley Community and Technical College in Montgomery, West Virginia.After starting his own education at a community college, Berry went on to earn a doctoral degree in higher education administration from The Ohio State University.

In his role at the Development Department, Greg oversaw the City’s housing program and created Home Again, a $25-million program designed to rehabilitate vacant and abandoned properties across the City. The program was the initial investment for the ongoing redevelopment of Franklinton.Greg lives in Upper Arlington with his wife Lis and has two children, Steph and Anna; and three stepchildren, Ellie, Maddie, and Lottie.

Her success has been hard fought, working her way up the automotive leadership ladder in an industry dominated by men. In 2012, she took over operations at LCDJR. In less than 7 years, she grew new car sales more than 800% and took a dealership with a non-existent Ram business to the 23rd ranked Ram dealer in the Great Lakes Region. The success of her dealership brought attention. Bridget earned the respect of her dealer network peers to serve a 2- year term as the CDJR Representative in a hyper-competitive Cincinnati Metro Market. She was also selected to be a founding member of DEAC’s Next-Gen Leadership Club where she was then chosen to serve on NADA’s Regulatory and Legislative Affairs Committees.Bridget continues to be a trailblazer for increasing the number of women in automotive leadership positions. Her passion to encourage women in their ability to go anywhere and do anything motivated her to start “Off Road Divas”, an off-road club for all women she founded in 2016.     Monica Tèllez-Fowler is the President/CEO of the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), the mobility organization providing service to Columbus and the Central Ohio region. Since joining COTA in March 2023, she has served as Chief Operating Officer before she was promoted to Deputy CEO in May 2023. In May 2024, she became COTA’s new President/CEO, after a unanimous vote by the Board of Trustees.During her time at COTA, Monica successfully negotiated an industry-leading labor contract with Transport Workers Union 208, implemented and oversaw the organization’s transformative Paid Family Leave Policy, and led improvements to transit service following a national workforce shortage. She also leads COTA in the LinkUS Mobility Initiative, which is the region’s mobility plan to bring rapid transit solutions and transportation options to accommodate major population growth in Central Ohio.Prior to COTA, she served as the Deputy CEO/Treasurer of Clark County Public Transit Benefit Area Authority (C-TRAN) in Vancouver, Washington. While at C-TRAN, Tellez-Fowler was responsible for more than $100 million in annual operations and capital budgets and represented the authority on a $3.5 billion Interstate 5 bridge replacement megaproject across the Columbia River on the Washington-Oregon border. While at C-TRAN, the organization earned Outstanding Transportation System of the Year twice, first in 2019 and again in 2022.Before joining C-TRAN, Tèllez-Fowler was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Trinity Metro in Fort Worth, Texas, where she oversaw the New Starts Federal Transit Administration grant application process for TEXRail, a $1 billion, 27-mile commuter rail between downtown Fort Worth and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.Tellez-Fowler earned a Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s of Business Administration from Tarleton State University, graduating as a distinguished scholar. Heidi didn’t have any experience in VA law, but decided to take on her dad’s appeal. Through the process she found that her skills in litigation blended nicely with those required of a veteran’s law attorney.After ten years of practicing veteran’s law she is familiar with the VA system and knows what the VA commonly misses in veteran’s claims. One day at a Delivery Stop in the BIG Rig, she had to use the restroom facilities, but the Warehouse she was delivering at, didn't have facilities for the Truckers. In desperate needs, she had to hold it until her next available stop, but while in the moment, she got a bright idea.....When you're in a Semi, you have plenty of "Windshield" Time, so you have lots of time to think!and thus the light bulb was bright in her head. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Ms. Scott started doing her research and saw that the Portable Restroom Business is an extremely Lucrative business. So she started preparing a Business Plan and talking to her local Banker.  They praised her Business Plan and put together a Small Business Loan package and Ms. Scott had prepared herself Financially to make the leap and resign from her Trucking Company and Start what we will get to know as her own Empire, Trucker Jons. Ms. Scott looks to put the Posh in the Porta Potty Business!!
