Ep 4: We Will Remember Ep 1 Scratch Track
This has been in production for multiple years, because of that relationships change, and groups involved do too. Jacobin provided 5k dollars to the podcast and People's History has dissolved, and my relationship with Red Media has also ended and they will have no editorial oversight on this or be connected beyond receiving a 5k grant from The Real News Network on our behalf. We are still releasing this with The Real News Network, and we did receive that support from Jacobin, but overall this is now a Chunka Luta Project and we will be dropping the second narrator and trying to include more due to the wait people have had. This podcast is still coming out, it just has 4 years of research and direct action with the people we spoke to, to now make it better. One of the biggest hold ups was we made a lot of the music, and since we are no longer releasing as a second season of a podcast but a stand alone audio documentary, we plan on replacing a lot of what was already there for music. This is to give it a completely unique soundtrack and create a coherent sound to compliment the collage of audio already being used, we will also be adding in better introductions and transitions in between clips to help with knowing the information. The reason we reduced it in this version was to save time to fit suggestions made by Jacobin and still fit more information. Since time is no longer being limited, we are free to make any changes to improve the final product in the end and write out the second narrator. Until then over the next 70 days in honor of the re-occupation of Wounded knee we will be releasing info and media related to it on our social medias

Ep 3: On Settler-Colonialism in Australia with the Kieran Stewart, President of the Black People's Union
In this episode which builds on Decolonized Buffalo's interview with the same person, we discuss the contemporary aspect of settler-colonialism in Australia today, the historical mistreatment of Aboriginal people in Australia, and connect decolonial struggles across the world to one another. Highly recommended episode. Ep 2: On the Contradictions of Chicanismo
Sungmanitu interviews fellow IACI (Indigenous Anti-Colonial Institute) member and the host of Decolonized Buffalo, Rick who also wrote an awesome new book you can get from Midnight Books in LA, called 'Lenin and Stalin on Decolonization'. This episode we talk about the many contradictions in the Chicanismo movement with regard to Indigenous sovereignty and the erasure inherent, in what amounts to race science. This is of course very controversial so please listen in its entirety. Be sure to check out our social medias and support our other fundraisers at linktr.ee/chunkalutanetwork Currently we are trying to get 2k a month to pay 3 stipends of organizers and for transcription work, with the remainder going to our tech needs for research, recording, and producing agitprop. Follow our social media until our website launches later this year for the latest updates

Ep 1: New Directions
Join the results of the Bands of Turtle Island rebrand that began at the end of 2022. We are far more than a podcast and I hope this episode explains the New Directions we are headed. I hope you all can understand the hiatuses, and inconsistency, and I hope now that there is an entire org backing this patreon; we can expand and remain consistent. Be sure to check out our social medias or become a monthly sustainer at linktr.ee/chunkalutanetwork This will be the official episode 1 of the public Chunka Luta Podcast sorry it basically took all year to get to this point, but I promise the wait has been worth it. We are expanding the scope of the project, and looking to build something that can withstand the test of time, and more importantly repression. We also have a new fundraiser we are asking everyone to share and spare a dollar to: https://gofund.me/ec867cfc we believe this is the way to radicalize your friends and family toward decolonization in this crucial period. Please reach out and please learn. I hope we can provide an in depth podcast on the networks many facets, and the history we owe our origins to.
