Matt Rothschild joins us as cohost for the day. At the top of the hour, we bemoan the eternal evasion of responsibility and consequence our President enjoys. He disobeys judges and flouts the authority of the entire judiciary branch? No problem. He rejects the authority of the legislature to control the budget? Not an issue! He commits massive fraud in New York and earns status as a convicted felon for it? Nobody (it seems) cares! Evasion after evasion, for his wealth and his status. And now, GOP lawmakers around the country are avoiding holding town halls after those who have have been confronted by disappointed constituents. The latest such case coming from a deep-red district of Nebraska. And what about the less MAGA-sympathetic GOP members like Senator Murkowski (R-AK)? Well she says that those who share her "concerns" are being quiet because they're scared for their political lives... We hear from audience members who share frustrations and concerns over the trajectory of this administration. And then we finish the day, as always, with something good.
