While mental health has always been an important part of one’s well being, discussions about it still remain heavily stigmatized and often don’t provide those affected with healthy spaces to talk about. Our plan is to create an open space that will allow one to express one’s voice, opinions, and feelings on topics that are often avoided or overlooked during education about mental health.
