EP051: Looking back at Season Two
Jennifer and Evana bring Season 2 of the CoachingMany podcast (spring 2025–spring 2026) to a thoughtful close, reflecting on the evolution of group and team coaching in a time marked by rapid workplace change, AI integration, and shifting economic realities. Together, they revisit six foundational themes woven throughout the season… tools and practices, presence, design, AI, business sustainability, and framework… drawing attention to key conversations around essential coaching tools, setting both coach and client up for success, the “five superpowers” series (episodes 44–48), and the expanding derivatives of group and team coaching.***They explore the growing importance of experiential and visual approaches, including tools like Conversation Sparker and insights from Jennifer’s Substack, while emphasizing the need for ethical, client-centered AI literacy. At the heart of it all is a continued call toward intentional human connection—through design, empathy, and the ability to navigate cultural differences with depth and care. The episode also acknowledges the current slowdown many coaches are experiencing, offering both encouragement and a gentle invitation to revisit past episodes, engage in ongoing learning, and remain open to pivoting. ***Sign Up for Our Newsletter for Hot Topics, Adaptive Leadership, Workshops & More… Click Here***Quick Link to Other Episodes and Resources MentionedFlowFlexScale Substack: https://flowflexscale.substack.com/***Additional LinksOur Podcast Website Click HereDirect Link to Apple podcast page Click Here***Let's ConnectJennifer CalendarEvana Email: [email protected] CoachingManyPodcast.com to learn moreFollow, rate, and review Coaching Many Podcast on Apple or Spotify***Follow Jennifer BrittonLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenniferjbritton/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/coachingbizbuilder/TikTok: https:///www.tiktok.com/@groupcoach***Follow Evana ValleLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/evanavalleFB: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredPositiveLifeWithEvana

EP050: Derivatives of Group and Team Coaching
Group and team coaching is not a single format… it’s an ecosystem of experiences that can take many shapes.***What some call “derivatives” are simply creative expressions of this work... retreats, masterminds, booster days, challenges, conversation labs, peer programs, and sprints. Each one offers a different rhythm of engagement, from deep immersion to quick activation, from spacious reflection to focused momentum.***A central thread running through all of these is clarity. Clarity about what the experience is and what it is not. Whether you are coaching, teaching, or facilitating matters. Ethics and transparency build trust, especially as these formats continue to evolve and blend.***There is also a growing hunger for peer-to-peer spaces. Particularly in seasons of uncertainty, people are drawn to shared learning environments where listening, thoughtful questions, and mutual support become the catalyst for growth. These are not just skills… they are the foundation.***Some formats, like retreats, invite spaciousness… room to breathe, reflect, and go deeper. Others, like sprints or challenges, create energy through urgency and structure. Booster days and conversation labs sit somewhere in between, requiring agility to meet people exactly where they are—holding both coaching and connection in the same space.***Design becomes essential. Thoughtful, inclusive, and responsive design that considers attention spans, cognitive load, and even the quiet fatigue many feel in an AI-saturated world. What people need now is not more noise… but more meaning.***Technology can support the experience... platforms like community hubs help sustain connection between sessions but they are not the center. The center is always the human experience.***Ultimately, these “derivatives” are not just variations… they are invitations. Invitations to experiment, to listen closely to what people need and to create spaces where transformation can unfold in ways that feel both intentional and alive. ***Sign Up for Our Newsletter for Hot Topics, Adaptive Leadership, Workshops & More… Click Here***Quick Link to Other Episodes and Resources MentionedEP034: Inclusive Design in Group & Team Coaching ***Additional LinksOur Podcast Website Click HereDirect Link to Apple podcast page Click Here***Let's ConnectJennifer CalendarEvana Email: [email protected] CoachingManyPodcast.com to learn moreFollow, rate, and review Coaching Many Podcast on Apple or Spotify***Follow Jennifer BrittonLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenniferjbritton/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/coachingbizbuilder/TikTok: https:///www.tiktok.com/@groupcoach***Follow Evana ValleLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/evanavalleFB: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredPositiveLifeWithEvana

EP049: Navigating Shifts, Pivots and Recalibration
Group and team coaching is a deeply human experience, one that cannot be easily replicated or replaced by AI.Rather than focusing solely on the coach-client dynamic, group and team coaching thrives on peer-to-peer connection. These horizontal relationships create a unique kind of learning environment where participants grow not only through guidance, but through shared experience, reflection, and dialogue with one another.A central theme is connectivity. Whether sessions take place on online, in-person, or in hybrid formats, what sustains the coaching experience is the depth of connection that develops over time. This ongoing connectivity becomes the fabric of the group, strengthening trust, insight, and collective growth. The conversation also points to the future of coaching. As AI continues to evolve, the true value of group and team coaching becomes even clearer. It is the human-to-human bridge... the relational, nuanced, and emergent interactions between peers... that sets this work apart and makes it irreplaceable.Ultimately, group and team coaching is not just a format... it’s an experience! One rooted in connection, shared understanding, and the kind of collective transformation that only happens when people come together in meaningful ways.***Sign Up for Our Newsletter for Hot Topics, Adaptive Leadership, ENCORE Change Workshops & More… Click Here***Quick Link to Other Episodes and Resources MentionedCoaching Superpower QuizCoaching Teams Through Choas - Jennifer Britton TEDx***Additional LinksOur Podcast Website Click HereDirect Link to Apple podcast page Click Here***Let's ConnectJennifer CalendarEvana Email: [email protected] CoachingManyPodcast.com to learn moreFollow, rate, and review Coaching Many Podcast on Apple or Spotify***Follow Jennifer BrittonLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenniferjbritton/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/coachingbizbuilder/TikTok: https:///www.tiktok.com/@groupcoach***Follow Evana ValleLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/evanavalleFB: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredPositiveLifeWithEvana

EP048: Coaching Superpowers Spotlight | The Creative Toolmaster
In this conversation, Jennifer and Evana explore the “Creative Toolmaster” within the Coaching Superpower Framework. They emphasize a simple but powerful truth: today’s world is complex, and coaching must meet that complexity with creativity.Rather than relying on questions alone, effective group and team coaching invites a more dynamic, experiential approach. Creative tools—like cards, charms, dice, visuals, journaling, and visual facilitation—become indirect pathways into deeper awareness. These tools act as gentle doorways, helping people access insight in a way that feels open rather than confronting, especially in moments where direct questions might feel too intense or limiting.A key theme throughout is agility. Great coaches aren’t locked into a plan—they are responsive. They experiment, stay curious, and continually check their assumptions about what clients need or will resonate with. What works for one group may not work for another, and part of the craft is learning to discern that in real time.Equally important is psychological safety. Creativity doesn’t flourish in environments that feel pressured or unsafe. Before introducing tools or playful elements, there must be trust. Safety creates the space where exploration can actually happen. The conversation also connects these practices to deeper principles. Ultimately, the impact of coaching isn’t confined to the session itself. These creative tools become anchors—something participants can return to, reflect on, and continue learning from long after the conversation ends.***Sign Up for Our Newsletter for Hot Topics, Adaptive Leadership, ENCORE Change Workshops & More… Click Here***Quick Link to Other Episodes and Resources MentionedCoaching Superpower Quiz***Additional LinksOur Podcast Website Click HereDirect Link to Apple podcast page Click Here***Let's ConnectJennifer CalendarEvana Email: [email protected] CoachingManyPodcast.com to learn moreFollow, rate, and review Coaching Many Podcast on Apple or Spotify***Follow Jennifer BrittonLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenniferjbritton/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/coachingbizbuilder/TikTok: https:///www.tiktok.com/@groupcoach***Follow Evana ValleLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/evanavalleFB: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredPositiveLifeWithEvana
