#005_It's not the meal, it's not the fans, it's you
Heya there! I've been an ARMY for 6 years now and obviously, I was one of those fans who were greatly delighted upon the release of the BTS x MCDO collaboration. However, in the midst of the fun and excitement, a rather negative character trait rose to attention particularly between Filipinos, and I cannot help but notice how identical this kind of behavior is to how some people would act in 2013. In this episode, we'll talk about how some people, because they cannot understand a phenomenon and choose not to understand nor give respect, would instead rather choose to do something they CAN understand-- bashing, mockery, and insult. Get your cups and thoughts ready for this week's episode of Coffee & the psyche!

#004_Why you should compare yourself only to who you were
It has indeed been a couple of weeks since I last uploaded an episode... college (online class & paper works, that is) had been so hectic lately! Well it still is, but we're finally in our last month of the semester. Yay! Anyways, in this episode, I will share about how it's been personally as a: 1) pioneer of the K12 curriculum, 2) a third year college student in a pandemic, and 3) how sometimes, we feel like we're stuck and not growing because we would compare ourselves to other people and how they're doing-- or have been doing. This is by far the longest episode I've posted and I hope, you'll stick through the 17 minutes <3 Also, Happy Father's Day to your Dad, Papa, Daddy, Tatay!

#003_Going through and overcoming burn-outs
In an ideal world, how amazing would it be to be able to perform your duties well and meet the demands of your work without feeling overwhelmed, and more so without, feeling burned out? However, this is the real world, it is what it is, we are merely ordinary people, and we get burn outs. This is something even I, personally, have been going through because as normal as it unfortunately is, experiencing burn-outs DOES exist. In this episode, we will talk about how it is like to go through burn-outs and as well as share ways which could we do in order to get over from it. So get your cups and thoughts ready for we will serve you this week's Coffee & the psyche!

#002_Let's talk about beauty standards
What do you do if you like what you see in the mirror but they don't? Body image, specifically having a positive one is something a lot of us struggle with especially when there is so much pressure from society's beauty standards and pop culture. There might be times where we feel very confident about ourselves however, the noises bearing the standards of "beauty" could get so loud that it could drive us to become insecure... to find fault in ourselves we didn't even know is a flaw. Hi, hey, hello, kumusta. In this podcast, we are going to talk about body image, body positivity, and beauty standards.
