This is a good time, in a safe place, where you can set down the weight of the world and just focus on yourself for a bit. I'm Jen- a neuro-spicy eldest daughter on my own healing journey. After years of doing the "work" quietly, its time to heal out loud. I wan to to share my story and my experience, the lessons I have learned along the way, and create a supportive loving community where we can all grow together.
