Relationships, parenting and mentoring girls.... All the big topics and conversations are being had right here in an over a cup of coffee style sharing stories, insights, tools (use right now!) and more than a pinch of laughter. Focusing on how we connect with ourselves and the relationships we create around us, this podcast aims to share as much practical and usable content as possible, challenge societal (and personal!) stories that prevent us from creating the rich relationships we desire and raise the value of quality relationships in our society. Hosted by Kate, mamma of three teenage's with over two decades experience in their relationship (which is rocking :-)) Connections is uniquely positioned by sharing relationship and parenting advice by someone who has been in this space for the long haul and who may actually have the results you want.
