A Why That's Contagious
This episode is action packed as we go over being innovative and efficient. Judah Bergman, Co-Founder & President of Joobaby does a great job of discussing the early days and getting Joolbaby's first product off of the ground by finding an empty space in the market. We then go through the episode learning more about how he had a vision, built the vision, shipped the vision and where that long term vision needs to go. Judah Bergman, the visionary Founder and President of Jool Baby, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2015 driven by a simple yet profound need—to ensure his son's safety without compromising the aesthetic of his home. This pursuit led to the creation of adhesive cabinet locks with a magnetic key, marking the inception of Jool Baby. Judah's vision was clear: to provide easy-to-use, hassle-free, and visually pleasing solutions to the everyday challenges faced by parents.Drawing on his e-commerce background, Judah skillfully launched the cabinet locks on Amazon, sparking further exploration in the baby industry. Guided by a customer-centric philosophy, he transformed Jool Baby from a single-product venture into a respected brand, featuring award-winning, patented products that address diverse parental needs with innovative solutions. Taking the company from an omni-channel presence to major retailers such as Target, Walmart, and Babylist, Judah aspires to make Baby Jool a globally recognized baby brand. His commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in his relentless dedication to improving lives through thoughtful product design. Meeting individuals expressing their love for Jool Baby products fuels his passion, emphasizing the brand's impact on keeping families safe and surpassing industry standards.Navigating a career path marked by multiple pivots and challenges, Judah transitioned from a solo entrepreneur to co-founding Jool Baby with Isaac Sultan. Their millennial and Gen Z perspective has allowed them to understand and address contemporary parenting challenges, disrupting traditional players in the industry. One such disruptor is the Jool Baby Folding Potty Seat, offering a portable and stable solution for potty training. Its design, including suction cups for stability, caters to parents' needs while traveling, providing a secure environment for toddlers, and allowing families to venture out confidently.Joolbaby links:Website: https://joolbaby.com/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/joolbaby/Judah’s LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/judah-bergman/Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/5ED357B4-CB69-4528-B72D-0882EA936C34/IG: https://www.instagram.com/joolbaby/FB: https://www.facebook.com/joolbaby/TT: https://www.tiktok.com/@joolbaby

New Year; Time To Stretch
In this week we go over the value of change and how important it is to push ourselves in our goals. We need to stretch ourselves and do things that we would normally never do but we don't want to stay doing things that don't align with us. Most will tell you that you should never quit something. Something we don't always talk about is how important it is to cut your losses rather than putting energy into something that doesn't align with your values. The challenge of trying new things is that not everything is for you.

Who Needs Resolutions; Set A Goal
In this episode we go over making our goals measurable, specific, attainable and realistic. A Partnership Starts With You
In this episode we begin our partnership series. Before we start looking for partners and mentors we have to know what our values are. It is hard to find a mentor to model ourselves after if we are unsure of what is truly important to us. In order for us to build relationships we have to know what we are looking for out of life and what is important to us which takes self reflection, an open heart as well as an open mind. In this episode I give examples of my own beliefs and what they meant to me when deciding my network and relationships. I finish the episode by giving tips on how to discover what you value and why.

Are You Committed?
This episode is about the value of commitment. In this episode I talk about how to be successful with anything we have to be fully committed to it. Life is not worth living if we are not fully committed to living it. We only need a ton of backup plans or options if we are not fully invested in our current plans. The goal needs to be to go all the way just like the predecessors before us and those who hopefully come after.

The Tortoise and The Hare
"A lead (new client/customer) is like an ice cream cone on a hot summer day in the state of Texas." People are not going to wait for you to help them and if you do not someone else will. Too often are we treating people like they have to wait on our time before we will help them when at the end of the day anything worth doing is to provide a fantastic service. When someone reaches out they need help NOW and they need the assurance that they are a priority NOW not later. If you get someone's attention you can keep it forever.

Technology Or People?
In this episode we talk about how no technology can replace the importance of relationships. Technology is only something that removes the roadblocks to having better relationships.
