Teaching everyday people that Leadership is not bigger than them or beyond beyond them and that it’s inside them and they do it everyday, I believe it’s important to help people change their understanding of leadership so they can truly see what they are capable of, and understand how much people care about them and how powerful they can be in the world when they see themselves as a Leader.
