Coping Recordings
by Linda Mtunzi
Coping recordings came to me when I was going through the worst time of my life. I asked God what to do and he gave me an option to Cope with my hurt through voice journaling. Now I am no expert but I’m a girl that has been through the most and this platform is here to help you cope. It may be self-improvement, love, money, friendship and career conversations. Coping recording is a place to cope with all that life throws our way.

Hello copers, in today's episode, I'll be discussing navigating friendships in our 20s and post finding ourselves. Letting go of purposeless friendships can create space for more intentional connections. It's crucial to protect our peace and be selective about the friendships we welcome into our lives. Remember, whatever is meant to be will find its way, even amid the complexities of friendships.

The next season
What does the next season look like? After completing all the internal work, there are moments when you must confront everything you've overcome—not to shatter you, but to serve as a reminder of the distance you've traveled in your journey. This episode delves into how I navigated the process of granting myself the freedom to live, unburdened by the past, and instead, embracing what is unfolding.

Choosing to be grand - Finding God,your peace& living in your full consciousness.
This is the first episode of Coping Recordings by Linda Mtunzi. I am excited to be sharing my experiences with you. There are some technical mistakes but it’s only episode 1 and I know episode 100 will be different. I have broken down choosing to be grand in three parts, the term choosing to be grand means a lot to me, it means accepting my truth(which is aligned with yourself and purpose), protecting my peace(it comes with knowing what is good and bad for you) and taking responsibility(accounting for your choices)for your life. Now I will substantiate these subheadings with my experience which is neither right nor wrong. As this platform supports coping with all that life throws at us. Happy Coping honey…🤍
