This interview style podcast will feature one guest every episode. We will be sharing stories from the front line of the service industry. The goal of the podcast is to document the stories that made up the industry over the last couple decades. Over the last 15 years, the service industry has reached new heights and has become even more important to the fabric of our culture and lives. I believe now is the perfect time to start documenting how it all came together through the stories of those who lived it because I fear the industry is forever changed.
