Courage Codes

Fortune favours the daring. But how do we find the courage & clarity to leave behind limiting societal expectations and start living boldly? COURAGE CODES podcast dives deep into ancient codes (manifestation, divine movement, cosmic orientation, vision quests) and modern ones that align the daring & the divine, and translates these powerful practices into modern tools, helping you to cross the ‘Courage Line’ in your own life: moving away from reactive, play-it-small patterns and towards a daring, self-directed path.HOST BIO:Ekram Ibrahim is an Egyptian American journalist, podcast producer, cosmic alchemist, Harvard graduate, and immigrant who has spent most of her adult live daring to live differently. Ekram has dared to immigrate independently, to live authentically, and to balance two disparate cultures. Along the way, she learned that daring from a place of anger or rebellion is a dead-end practice, while daring from a place of inspiration & courage is a transformational practice

Taurus Season Energy through an Egyptian Lens

Taurus season has always belonged to Hathor, the ancient Egyptian Neter of love, beauty, sacred sound, and erotic intelligence. But this year, something unprecedented is happening in her season: Uranus, the Great Awakener, leaves Taurus after seven years and enters Gemini on April 25th, for the first time since 1941 inaugurating a seven-year revolution in how we love, how we communicate, and what we are actually attracted to. In this episode Ekram explores what we are calling the New Erotic Blueprint: the shift from need-based relating (who makes me feel safe and provided for — the Uranus in Taurus wound) to values-based relating (do I genuinely recognize you , the Uranus in Gemini frequency). She goes into Hathor's ancient temple teaching that the Throat and erotic desire are governed by the same Neter, because voice and sexuality are the same instrument in the body , and what that means for how you love and how you speak. If you felt something shift between July and November 2025 , in your attractions, your conversations, what felt hollow versus resonant , that was the preview. Now it is here to stay.

The Impurities of Death: How to Know You’re Carrying Dead Energy?

Have you ever noticed how some people grow older but feel lighter…while others feel heavier and heavier with time?We usually blame this on stress, lifestyle, or aging. But ancient traditions had another explanation. They believed that when experiences are not processed grief, betrayal, trauma, regret when are not alchemized, they accumulate. Some traditions called it the impurities of death. And today I want to explore a question:What if the weight many of us carry is not physical, but are the impurities of death?

In this episode, Ekram sits with an Egyptian-British woman whose life and work bridge three worlds: photography, gender studies and ancient Egyptian wisdom.
