Their first project, the Sunless Citadel Companion started with a question: “Why the heck are so many humanoids in official D&D 5E modules so flat!?” By May, 2023, they'd completed a huge megadungeon remodel, created a host of new, colorful NPCs, and cooked up a suite of inter-faction conflicts that could keep them excited at their table.
