Curie Student Athletes

Curie Student Athletes, created by me, your host, Ciara Morales. I am a fellow hispanic girl, born & raised in Chicago. I am an outgoing, kind, social, but shy at the same time girl. I attend Curie High school, I'm in the IB MYP Program, and I'm a sophomore. I'm interested in creating and hosting my very own podcast!! My podcast, Curie Student Athletes, are interviews of student athletes in different sports to discuss the lives of being a student and an athlete. What do they admire about their sport?, how do they balance being a student athlete? Why did I choose this topic? Well, I joined cross country in the very beginning of the school year (2022) and it was the very first sport I had joined in high school. I had never imagined myself joining cross country. It was definitely difficult staying after practice, leaving late, and having to do homework right after. This type of lifestyle, to me, is admirable.
