Davy Jee

Born in Braine le Comte in June 1981, Davy Jee (real name David) was fascinated by electronic music from an early age.As a child, music was already part of his daily life, and he had an old suitcase in his bedroom that turned into a record player on which he spent hours.His first nightclub outing at the age of 16, in 1997, was a revelation (it was at the Palladium).As soon as he arrived, he was drawn to the discobar.The interaction between DJ and audience fascinated him. At the time, it was Dj Cp and Dj Sergio.That's where it all began.It was in 1998 that he decided to buy his own vinyl turntables.He started discovering new clubs like La Bush (Tournai) with Dj George's (who had a big influence on his musical style) and also Zillion (Antwerp) with a more trance style ......At the end of 1998, he took up a residency every Saturday from 9pm to midnight on a local radio station based in Braine Alleud with the man who had taught him the basics of mixing, Dj Kriss, for the "Illusion"
