120_Click Communicator News
Hey hey my keyboard junkies. More news came from team Clicks regarding our beloved phone.Aside from that, some thoughts and rants to the usage of such phones and some private stuff. Warmer days are ahead and we should enjoy that a bit more ;-)Cheers!

119_Titan 2 Elite reaction
Well, I thought I'd crawl back on here and talk a bit about my impressions on other youtubers experiences with this device. It should be mentioned that this is not the final profuct. Changes might be made to the final version of this phone.Reviews are a bit mixed, however pretty much everybody enjoys the keyboard :-)

118_Memberships, Plans and Ads
I know, I know... I'm beating a dead horse at this point. But I've been extremely annoyed by this ongoing and still increasing method of domesticating the population. The normalization of paying for anything. Content, cars, services, music. If you want to enjoy your private life, you got to pay up! We need to break this insane cycle at some point, or we all go crazy.Cheers!

117_A Survey about Cheating
Well well, it's that time again, where we talk about men and women and all their problems. Cheating is the name of the game. An article here:https://www.glamour.de/artikel/warum-gehen-menschen-fremd-11-frauen-und-maenner-nennen-gruendetells about the resulst of a survey why some people decided to cheat. There are not that many quotes in generell, but some interesting answers, that show a significant difference between the perspective of men and women overall. Yes cheating is bad. You know it, I know. We've all probably been there. I know I have.

116_Terminator S.C.C.

115_ More Clicks and Unihertz News
More news!So the Clicks is getting supposedly a polycarbonite frame, while the Unihertz Titan 2 Elite comes in 2 CPU varieties?Very interesting! I guess it's going to be the battle of the keyboards in 2026!Cheers!

114_Clicks Communicator CPU news
Amazing news about the upcomming Clicks Communicator and it's CPU. I'm more hyped then before, even though no solid information has surfaced concerning the RAM.However, the power difference of the current info between the Unihertz Titan 2 elite and the Clicks is quite huge.I'm not going in depth in all aspects, aside from single and multi core performances, which should be everybodys main concern. If nothing else changes, this is huge news.Cheers!

113_ Stuck in Life When Single?
Hello everyone! My thoughts where running around in circles for a few days, since I've been having a feeling of beeing stuck in life, due to my dayjob. My hobby is fine, my project is fine, but my dayjob ist starting to really piss me off, so I'm think about change.Living in a hamster wheel of a 9 to 5 job, can get boring and dull at times. Do you feel emotionally numb from performing the same tasks over and over again? If you do and are single, maybe having the realization that you need to get your blood up from a change is not such a bad idea?Cheers!

112_Clicks preorder
Yes sirybob! I made my preorder and am looking forward to get this thing in my hands. In this episode I did some keyboard comparion with Unihertz and found an intresting detail that makes me want to try the clicks even more. The rest in this episode is purely aimed at my current state of the novel and some Blu-Rays I enjoyed.Take care out there and enjoy! Cheers!

110_Unihertz Correction
I had to upload this, because I have been wrongfully bashing the Titan 2, while my focus should have been the Titan 2 Elite. It's a different phone that aims to be a Blackberry clone, but again, my doubts still stand and I don't think my criticism is misplaced. We are still dealing with a company that doesn't keep it's word. The last part of the podcast is just me and my everlasting fear of aging. Yes... I can't shake that off.Cheers!

109_ Unihertz vs. Clicks Communicator
Unihertz just announced 5 years support for the Titan 2. I'm pretty sure this is nothing but a cry of desperation, since they are only doing this inspite of Clicks same offer. They are expecting a decline in orders, because not everybody is convinced of Unihertz and their questinable quality.Looks are not everything. Although the Titan 2 looks nice, after many negative experiences I don't think crying around with their sudden 5 year support is believable and a little too late. I simply do not trust them anymore.

108_Clicks Communicator
Well boys and girls, how is everyone? I'm excited, because I have seen a new keyboard based phone that could possibly be worth the wait and breathe new life into the dead BlackBerry memories.... oh boy oh boy, those were the days.Make no mistake, I was critical for very long. I still see no potential in Unihertz anymore, because their devices or poorly manufactured and just DO NOT WORK properly, als they should. I simply do not trust them anymore and don't want to invest my money on something like that. And so I moved away from keyboards all together and used Sony for quite some time now.The new Clicks Communicator however is the fist phone that gets me actually excited. It's fresh, it's deisgned by someone who knows his stuff and Blackberry, Crackberry Kevin is on board as well as Micheal Fisher from Mr. Mobile. Those two guys have a vast experience in the field and know exactly what BB fans are looking for.So let's sit back and talk about this. Is it worth it? Should we buy? Maaaaaaaaybe we should ;-)

107_Happy New Year

105_Movie Time Part 1
Movies I have seen that i fully recommend are:The Man from Earth & The ArchiveThese films are both quite entertaining to watch, even though the frist one is an absolute masterpiece from star to finish. Low budget, but f*cking good in it's dialogs. That's all for now.Cheers and happy watching!

104_My Novel
Man oh man, it has been a long time since I've uploaded anything. But I sticked to my word and kept writing as much as I could, with the time that I had. I've been rewriting the first book for a second run, while the second is already over 250 pages big. However I'm currently looking for publishers as we speak. So best of luck to my self xDSome new movie purchases in here, and a personal note. That's all for now ;-)Cheers!

103_One last podcast
Hey everyone. It's been a very long long time, since I uploaded anything. I've been too busy writing and working. Since this whole scocial decay is wearing me out and there is almost nothing you can do about the madness we are surrounded by, I decided to just focus on my book. I'd like to talk more about it, but it is still too early for a reveal. I won't come back online for the rest of the year, unless I have finished my novel and can finally look for a publisher. Until then I hope you all are happy and healthy. Take care of yourselves and stay focused. Stay happy. And of course, stay safe.Goodbye for now.Dean

102_A Nightmare a long time ago
I was thinking about a very disturbing nightmare I once had. It's possible that I have talked abut this before, but for some reason... It won't let go of me. So I decided to talk about it one more time. After this part I rant about a rather useless article that I found once again on the vastness of the internet. About the dangers of beeing single too long and the cliches it brings with it. As seen and read on so many other articles...Cheers!

101_Joss Whedons Angel
Man I love this old show. I just finished watching Angel season 1 to 5 after so many years and i really have to say, it's worth every second. I personally enjoyed it a lot more than Buffy, but that is because of the darker tone the story overall had. Aside from some really crazy episodes like the puppet episode on season 7. (genius)I'll start rambling about the new reboot being planned, some of my favourite actors passing away over the years, due to the shocking news of Michelle Trachtenbergs passing. But what can you do? As sad as it is, it's a part of life... She did die way way too young, but we can't do anything about that...Enough for now... Cheers folks!

100_Mortality and Sense of Purpose
Hey everyone. I've been hitting episode Nr. 100 in this podcast, but I can't seem to find anything remotely cool to talk about, except that I have been thinking a lot about mortality lately. And with it, the choices I made and the time I have left to create something of meaning for myself. Because I am and always will be an artist by heart.Time is short and it only becomes shorter. So take all opportunities you can to reach any goal you desire before it fades away. No other person can do that for you, except yourself.

099_emotionally broken men
On Marriage.com, I found an article that I find a bit difficult to take seriously. Take a look here:'https://www.marriage.com/advice/relationship/emotionally-broken-man/I'm not saying that these points are invalid, but I don't see how this article helps shedding light on current issues in society. Not all men going through rough phases become emotionally broken. Using a term like "broken", suggests the person in question is scared for life. Is that always the case? Some of these examples describe situations that we all can face, or have faced before, but that doesn't mean somebody is broken. What this article does best is to give some hobby psychologist a reason to judge a friend, or their own partner of becoming emotionally broken. Even if just one of these examples here could be true, doesn't mean to the end of the world, or a necessary labling of "broken" to be applied to an individual. But hey... I could also just be overdramatising..

090_My Brother / A.I. as a teacher
boy oh boy, I'm getting slow here... Th fist half of this episode is about my only blood brother in the family and our falling out. It's the first 30 minutes. The other half is about a subject, that I firmly disagree with. A.I. will not be able to replace teachers. Why I am in favour of A.I. over a human being and how we as a people could benefit from it. Never underestimate the A.I. brothers and sisters ;)

086_New Mini ITX Machine
Something that I always love to do, is play and experiment from time to time with PC Hardware and Linux. Currently, I'd like to replace an old system with a newer and better one, for retro gaming, Internet, Netflix and other streaming sevices, as well as playing real media such as blu-rays. Before we get there, the first 20 minutes are updates to my life and some woman I'd like to date, but probably won't happen. The other story is a guy at work who is freaking out and blaming me for things I never did. But hey... You got crazy people all around... what can you do... Hope you enjoy!

081_Why hobbies are so important.
Hello everyone. I find it quite troubling, that we live in a world in witch some people claim hobbies aren't so important, or not having hobbiees doesn't matter too much. It's the question as to how you regenerate yourself with distracting activities. But I don't think that anyone should just look for pure distractions. And I think I might be able to explain why. Cheers!

079_Francisco Ibáñez
Francisco Ibáñez was during my teenage years my absolute favorite artist in thr world. My favorite comic book artist, that is. His gag-comic style was so profoundly exciting and provocative, brutal and insanely creative, that it knocked me off my feet when reading them for the first time. He was the main reason, why I started to see comic book art as a profession, instead of just a hobby. (look who is talking, I ain't making no money xD) I just learned that he sadly passed away last year, which broke my heart. the guy was just increadible and maybe you can find some joy in his work as well. Cheers! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francisco_Ib%C3%A1%C3%B1ez_Talavera

Eric Barone is the developer behind Stardew Valley. It took him 4 years to develop the game and a very tight cycle of dedicated work. Even managed to maintain a relationship with his long term girldfriend, to my surprise xD. If you have never heard of this guy and his efforts, check him out and search for some good articles or even interviews online. His success is truly inspirational. Cheers!

075_Pro choice & childfree
The first part will be an update on my artworkt, including something that I have posted on instagram recently. The rest is a rant about the ongoing debate in america: Is it better to be pro life or pro choice. I personally can't see a good argument for pro life in any way. In this day and age, I find it shameful that we still need to talk about this crap and why it is imprtant to let others make those choices, since it is their body and no one elses. Germany had little to no problems with these things, since we pretty much managed it way better. This topic however ties in very nicely in an article I have found a few days ago, about a woman who is sick and tired of the ignorance surrounding her and her "childless" life. Childfree is her statement to that and I have to say, with a lot of mature and meaningful reasoning behind her claim. I can resonate with her pretty well, because I have heard the same garbage for many years myself. The link to the article is here: https://www.eltern.de/kinderwunsch/leben-ohne-kinderwunsch--kinderlos--nein--ich-bin-kinderfrei---12361600.html Since it's German, you might want to use a translator for the page. Well... hang in there guys, this year has just begun and we haven't blown ourselves up just yet. I raise my scotch to you Cheers!

074_Ghostbusters are back
Yes, they are back. Old and grey but here to save the day. Just rambling away at the new Frozen Empire movie comming out and how excited I am to see it. I cna't share the criticism from some folks on social media. What good does that do? We have the original cast once again back together in... well. what seems to be a longer screen time for the whole bunch. The new stars fit the universe just nicely, so this is really the absolut best we can ever get. So let them come back for one more adventure, let us just enjoy this thing and forget the messy real world for once, okay? Cheers!

I like ranting about this topic, since I strongly believe, that I know what money is good for and what you can and should do with it. I noticd that I go a little off the railes sometimes when I rant and talk to much, but in the end I do mean well. Money is a tool after all. Cheers and c u soon!

065_Things to do when you are single
Hello again. Long time no speak... Today I wanted to get some ideas off my chest about which activities to follow when you are single. It is vital to stay occupied is what I am trying to say here, as well as maintaining a stable and healthy lifestyle. It might be true that I am mainly talking out of my ass here, because it all sounds really simple, even thought the battle with our own loneliness can be quite tough. But it changes nothing, it is vital beyond belief to feel at ease with yourself, no matter what kind of person you are. I know it can be hard as hell to face life alone sometimes. But it does get better. You just got to work through it, just like in everything else in life. Cheers!

63_Immature Friends
A friend of mine from work, is behaving a bit like a jealous big baby, because I have spent a bit more time with a different person. We are talking about grown men here, and this phenomenon is something I have experienced more often, with this level of educated people, this level of social competence. Troubling, what there is SOMETIMES... not that much you can do about it :/. I use this experience to connect it to people choosing A.I. as their personal human/friend replacement, which is already starting as we speak... Interesting times ahead! Cheers ;-)

059_ clichés and stereotyping women
There is an article about persistent and present clichés of how many men still see women these days. It was published/posted by the "Stern" magazine in Germany earlier this year. While some points are quite valid, not everything is that simple. You can't always bring the 1950's into an argument, as if all men have inherited the same dogma since this time period. Further more I don't think the 50's were really THAT bad to all women in society. The 80's and 90's were by far worse, but who cares about facts these days. Do not be surprised about the article, because it has been written rather poorly and without much substance. It actually just illustrates the frustration in current times, rather then teaching anything new. I have left out and over read one topic or claim in this article, where the author mentions: "beautiful women equal dumb and easy." You can decide how relevant and accurate that statement still is for yourself. The article can be read (maybe use google translate) right here below. https://www.stern.de/lifestyle/liebe-sex/dating---schoene-muessen-dumm-sein----die-schlimmsten-klischees-ueber-frauen-33214962.html Cheers :-)

052_Tinder Germany is loosing members
Covering a topic that deals with the decline of memberships on Tinder in Germany. The newer platforms such as Humble or Bumble seem to attract more attention towards those who believe they can find a long term relationship. You can probably guess how I view these things and cynical as I am, I don't trust this development at all, nor do I believe anybody should be using one of those three apps. But hey... Modern day problems, right? stay tuned for more ranting on the next subject Dean

046_Peter Gabriel's new Album and Tour
This is it boys and girls, Gabriel is back with new material and going on a world tour in 2023! I'll be sharing my thoughts and excitement on the album not knowing what exactly might be on there. I did forget the track "Love can Heal", wich was played live during the Rock Paper Scissors Tour in the US, with Sting on stage. I did not mention it here, but i think it might pop up on the album. Other then that, I got no idea. I'll be talking about my ticket for the show in Cologne as well and my plans so far. You should get your tickets as soon as possible, if you can! Cheers!

Back from my vacation! Just wanted to talk about my experiences down there, the friends I have met, the food I ate the visiting the great acropolis up the mountain top. I miss those people already and made me sad to travel back home. But hey. Life and all...

Stu Jenks - the Artist
Hello everyone, today I want to get your attention to Mr. Stu Jenks. He is an artist, as in photography, novelist and musician. Probably in some other fields as well. Stu and his wife however are not doing too well. They have greater health problems and life is just getting a bit more challenging for them both. I just wat you people to go check is work out and see if you can somehow relate to it, or possibly even feel like donating. I did. I am not saying that you must, but if you can relate somehow, I am sure he would appreciate it. His Website is: https://fezziwig-press.square.site/, from where you can buy some of his work, like really cool fineprints of his craft. Or you can also check out his ambient musik work on discogs.com I bought three of his ablums, I like this kind of chilling and relaxing ambient stuff. That is actually how I found out about him. That will be all for today. Have fun and stay safe. Dean

034_Bumble Dating App- Thoughts and Concerns
Hellooooo everyone, well, I tried the Bumble dating app. Why? Just for the hell of it, to see if anything has been added to the online experience. But quite the contrary, I think this is just another good example of why you should NOT use those apps. For the people of my own area and beyond, I found a significantly high amount of these typical "fake-happiness" profiles. Self promoting beauty and independence, vaccination as an important criteria, vegan extremism (which I do not talk about here, just mentioning it), an uber fixation on their pets and of course, selling their beauty and sex appeal for those who bring something of "value" to the table... sure.. we get it xD. I'm pointing out my concerns and that we are primarily a self absorbed destructive society, heavily focused on "opinions" that are either correct or not, black and white pattern of thoughts, that won't get us anywhere. I hope I am not getting too preachy about this stuff, but is is really unnerving sometimes. Cheers

032 - Unihertz Titan Slim
Aside from some updates and news that cought my attention, I thought it was time ti talk about the new Unihertz Titan Slim. My thoughts are mostly critical. There is no reason to be too excited with this company and their products, although I have made one good catch with the first qwerty phone of their product line, the Titan. As much as it pains me to say, Unihertz doesn't seem to be doing a good job these days when it comes to creating phones, or at least designing them. I'll explain why I have concerns and why you should too. Have fun!

024_Wife ruins Marriage through Religion
A friend of mine has some troubling times ahead. His wife is trying to force him to fully dive into christianity and accept an entirely Christ focused lifestyle. More church, more bible, more Jesus. He is clearly unhappy and needs a solution. He is even thinking about divorce. Today I want to address that and take his unfortunate issues and point out the obvious flaws of a faith crazed woman and her family. I normally don't like talking about stuff like this, because I am agnostic/atheist at best. But since I know this dude, his story is pretty devastating and shocking, due to the obvious pressure, lack of common sense, and manipulation. Hold on to your hats, kids.

019_Why Germans have no Humor
The cliché that Germans have no humor is somehow true. But that is due to a more complex and dark mental mindset, that has influenced the majority of the population. Younger generations most likely not that much... I hear many people claim that it is not true, but the truth is that these people can't understand how foreign countries perceive German behavior. From the quite negative mentality, right down to the judgemental mindset and the ongoing unnerving staring at random strangers. Welcome to Germany ;-) And no, not all people are exactly like that. I talked about some fine examples of comedians, that shaped the comedic face of this country. Back in those days, 50 to 80's, the greatest men (for what ever reason, funny women are hard to find), have given us a good reason to laugh. Today we find mostly just poor examples on stage or on TV. Comedy in Germany is pretty much dead, with very few exceptions. A few worth mentioning: Heinz Erhardt - One of Germanys most successful comedians. Originally born in Russia (fun fact). Heinz Erhardt made a huge impact in the business during the 1950's. Harald Juhnke - This dude rocked in our country. He was once one of the largest entertainers Germany has ever known. His life took a tragic turn in his last years. Used to be known for his singing talents as well as acting. But his was, above all, a damn good comedian. Heinz Rühmann - Haven't mentioned him here in this podcast, but he popped into my head. Great influence to the industry with a lot of charm. Karl Dall - One of the more provocative personalities, who sadly died not too long ago. He was on of a kind. Jürgen von der Lippe - I haven't talked about him here, but he is one of the last great comedians alive. Dieter Nuhr - This guy is the sharpest comedian we have in the mainstream business. He got a lot of heat for criticizing the corona rules and regulations. Open minded and not afraid to share his opinion, tears our lives apart and can find humor in anything that makes us human.

015_ German behavior and some rambling about artificial intelligence
I was talking to a friend of mine about a Movie I have seen recently, "Her" from 2013. The idea of exploring AI in our daily lives and how much it will change the future, as well as our social behavior. What would life be like? How many dangers could come with completely self writing and conscious software? What if it affects the web and all other devices connected? Besides those thoughts, I was also rambling about the typical negative behavior and mentality of my fellow German citizens. This so called "cliché" is very real in this country. That doesn't mean all Germans are bad, of course not. But we do have some serious issues that should be addressed at some point :-).
