 A podcast for the daughters of the world that feel as if they’re in a vacuum in their experience. We’ll talk about all things Ancestral trauma, the absent father, the emotionally unavailable mother, the minefield of living in a home of addiction, and how our earliest childhood memories fuel our behaviors and personalities as adolescents and ultimately adults. Most importantly, how we can use all of these circumstance to become the greatest version of ourselves and live a life that is joyus and free.
