I’m Diane Armstrong - a multi award-winning photographer who captures presence and the quiet power of the land: a storyteller drawn to the silent intelligence of the landscape and its living forms. My photography is a journey and a dialogue into the wild: a pursuit of moments that hover between chaos and calm, where light, texture and atmosphere reveal the soul of the landscape. It’s a pursuit of the elusive, where every frame is an invitation to pause, feel, and rediscover the beauty that so often escapes our hurried lives. As a “Creative”, my life is a mosaic of experience - from the exhilaration of flying small aircraft to hiking through ancient gorges in remote Australia, my journeys infuse my work with energy and calm, strength and stillness. I love chasing the light, creation, perspectives, textures and immersing in the cultures. They remind me that photography is not just about capturing what I see but translating what I feel - crafting a visual journey that clients connect with. Like many of Australia’s most respected landscape photographers, my work is grounded in reverence for the natural world - yet defined by a personal curiosity for what lies beyond the familiar.
