Today we talked about pretzels, a new Hazbin Hotel song, college, the sensor beep and more.We did get slightly distracted, since this is the first time we had used the college's podcast room, but our focus should be improved in future episodesThank you for listening!Scone recipe:350g self-raising flour175ml milk85g butter - cubedPinch baking powder1tbsp vanilla powder4 drops lemon juice1 eggPut the self raising flour and baking powder in a bowlAdd the butter and mix until breadcrumb-like textureMake a well in the middlePut the milk in the microwave until warm and add the lemon juicePour the lemon milk into the well and mix with a kitchen knife - it will seem very wet at firstScatter some flour onto a countertop and tip the dough outFlatten the dough to around 4cm thicknessUse a cookie cutter with a 5cm diameter and cut as many circles as you canPlace these onto a baking tray and brush over them with the eggBake for around 10 minutes until they are risen and golden on the topDYPR?
