Disorderly Perspectives

Disorderly Perspectives is aimed at breaking the stigma behind mental health through relatable perspectives. Each episode will have different guests sharing their own point of view on their mental struggles, whether that be at one point in time or chronically, their ways of coping and healing, and also offering a piece of advice for someone who might be going through relatable experiences. Our ultimate goal is to build a community to encourage people to be more compassionate and mindful of those struggling in silence. Episodes are released bi-weekly on Tuesdays.
