DJ Maxik is a Baltimore based DJ playing club house and international dance remixes. Max started to DJ on internet radio stations and make mixes while still in middle school. In 2002, he collaborated with WXT to make a label, VPM Records, and posted mixes, tracks, and remixes on local rock bands and popular dance tracks. In college, Max continued to make Global Dance mixes and played at local college events. Max held weekly residencies at Red Maple and 7W clubs in Baltimore, where he played and promoted European parties that attracted more and more people each week.
