Coming straight out of the “Boogie Down” aka The Bronx, DJ SlickVic knows how to take control of the crowd. Ever since the 5th grade, he was intrigued by how beats and words created different sounds to what we know as music. His inspiration came from everywhere. Whether he was listening to music, watching a movie, playing video games or simply meditating. He loves the evolution of music and the way you can manipulate it by turning 1950’s disco music into a current track. Loves to connect the dots from genre to genre while continuously looking to blend and mix tracks that have a relation.At the age of 14, DJ SlickVic followed the footsteps of his uncle and cousin who had an internet radio show. He was soon rocking on the 1’s and 2’s live on the show within weeks as the passion for this new instrument became stronger.
