A week on from the 2026 Draft and Debo gives his teams who won and lost the draft based on the picks made.

With the draft fast approaching, we reach another checkpoint of the offseason that teams use to make moves regarding their roster. The Eagles look set to trade AJ Brown after June 1st with the Patriots as the likely destination. Does this give the Pats the edge in the AFC East? Also, Dexter Lawrence has been traded to Cincy. Is this a sign of change for the Bengals.

The first wave of Free Agency provided a number of wild and surprising moves. One being the lack of initial activity from the Denver Broncos until they traded their first round pick to acquire WR Jaylen Waddle. Debo also ranks his top five free agency signings from the first period of Free Agency.

This week saw the Miami Dolphins make some heavy cost-cutting decisions, biggest of them all being the releasing of former All-Pro WR Tyreek Hill. Debo answers the question: Where should Tyreek take his talents to? Also, DraftKings released their Over/Under on win totals for the 2026 season. Debo says where the value is based on those numbers.

Now that the 2025 NFL season has come to a close. Now becomes the time to lookahead to the draft. To mark this, Debo presents his first mock draft of the offseason. The DNP Podcast is now on the clock.

The Bills decided on their Head Coach, promoted OC Joe Brady, despite saying they wanted a fresh change after the emotional scar tissue of playoff heartbreak. Also, new Falcons Head Coach Kevin Stefanski had his introductory press conference and there are some positive signs for this new regime.

The decision to fire Sean McDermott was made by the Buffalo Bills after 9 seasons came with some interesting comments made in the aftermath by Owner Terry Pegula in the press conference afterwards. Potential worrying signs for fans of the franchise. Monday saw projected no.1 pick Fernando Mendoza put up a Franchise-QB level performance in the CFP National Championship. Something to be optimistic about for the Las Vegas Raiders who are on the clock.

Another longtime Head Coach moved on this week as Mike Tomlin stepped down from the Pittsburgh Steelers after 19 seasons. Leaving a job that offers little for long-term success. Also, the Eagles crashed out of the playoffs and the pressure piles onto Nick Sirianni to bring his team back to the mountain top.

As the 2025 NFL regular season came to a close, big decisions were made by organisations who found themselves out of the playoffs. The biggest of these decisions was the Baltimore Ravens moving on from 18-year head coach John Harbaugh. Was it the right decision? Also, the Atlanta Falcons change their whole football operation and in doing so, fire Head Coach Raheem Morris and GM Terry Fontenot. Also, Debo makes his predictions for the playoffs and who will come out on top as Super Bowl Champion in Santa Clara.

Week 18 provides a lot of intrigue for the future. Debo discusses the Steelers and Ravens game and what a loss would mean for either side. Also, the rest of the league and which jobs will become open in the offseason.

Debo Agbede discusses the fact that Detroit Lions season is effectively over after a loss to the Steelers in Week 16. Coming into the year with lofty aspirations, this is a potential sign that their Super Bowl window to win is closed. Also, the Jacksonville Jaguars make a statement beating the Denver Broncos at Mile High, cementing themselves as real contenders. Something Debo predicted before the season started.

Patrick Mahomes has just torn his ACL and LCL. That would cause many to say the 'Dynasty' is dead and the Chiefs can't contend in the near future. There may actually be reason to believe otherwise as Debo explains in this episode. Also, Tua Tagovailoa has been benched by the Miami Dolphins. What does this mean for the Dolphins in 2026 and beyond?

After a three-game losing streak and an Achilles injury to their starting QB. The Colts find themselves in desperation mode and called 44-year old, father of 10 Philip Rivers, 5 years after his last game, to save their season. Will it work? Probably not. Also, the Packers are in their groove and ready to make a run.

Times are tough in Pittsburgh with the fans chanting to fire Mike Tomlin as Head Coach of the Steelers. Is it time for the longtime coach to part ways with the organisation?

Last time out, the Philadelphia Eagles were cruising their way their way to a 21-0 lead over their rival Cowboys. Then 24 unanswered points later, the Eagles found themselves on the losing end and on the brink of another season-destroying collapse. What's gone wrong for them? Also, Shedeur Sanders made his first NFL start and as has been the theme for his career; everyone has something to say.

Week 11 of the NFL season saw the Kansas City Chiefs come off of their bye and instead of win as they tend to do often, lose to their rival Denver Broncos and leave their playoffs hopes in jeopardy. Speaking of jeopardy, the futures of Falcons HC Raheem Morris and GM Terry Fontenot are hanging in the balance after another losing season on the horizon after Michael Penix Jr. suffered a season-ending knee injury.

As Week 11 in the NFL season approaches, the results leave two coaches in particular on the forefront of conversation. In New York, a decision was made to relieve Brian Daboll of his duties as Head Coach. Was this the right decision. In Green Bay, the seat is heating up for Matt LaFleur as the Packers ownership are reportedly seeking for an uptick in results for him to keep his job past the 2026 expiry of his current contract.

After a Week 9 slate of football that was filled with carnage. The Trade Deadline provided even more shocks and awe especially coming from the GM's Office of 1 Jets Drive with the trades of Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams. Arizona is also a place of intrigue as Kyler Murray looks set to no longer be the QB of the Arizona Cardinals after this year.

In Week 8 of the 2025 season, the Baltimore Ravens were able to get their season back on track with a win over the Chicago Bears. Can they salvage their season and make a run to the playoffs? Also, the Minnesota Vikings look set for a lost season due to the lack of consistency at the QB position. Did it have to be this way?

Both New York teams have had disappointing starts to the season but one seems to have more hope than the other. The Giants despite a historic collapse vs the Denver Broncos can take positives out of the game. On the other hand, the Jets seem to be in firesale mode as the trade deadline approaches and the team remains winless.

As Week 6 of the 2025 NFL season came to an end, we saw a team in the NFC South provide a shock few saw coming when the Falcons beat one of the premier teams in the NFL, the Buffalo Bills. Are the Falcons set to provide more shocks? Are NFL fans underrating the Dirty Birds? Monday also saw the news come out that the Tennessee Titans had fired Head Coach Brian Callahan with a 4-19 record during his tenure with the team. Who should they hire to develop their no.1 overall pick QB Cam Ward?

Week 5 of the 2025 NFL season saw a lot of interesting stories develop. First of which is the trouble brewing in Philadelphia as the Eagles lost their first game of the season to the Denver Broncos. Will the issues that have come to the fray with their wide receivers lead to more losses in the coming weeks. Also the AFC South has emerged as one of the strongest divisions in the league. Who will come out on top there at the end of the season?

This past Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens dropped to 1-3 after another loss to the Kansas City Chiefs and Debo is already sweating his pre-season Super Bowl pick; Can they revive their season? Also, there is a team in the NFC that has surpassed their expectations: the Seattle Seahawks. Can they be considered a real contender in the NFC?

A bombshell was dropped on Tuesday when the New York Giants made the decision to bench Russell Wilson and insert Jaxson Dart as their new starting QB. Also, the Detroit Lions had an impressive win on Monday Night against the Baltimore Ravens. Our host Debo Agbede reacts to this and much more in this episode of the DNP Podcast.

As we're two weeks into the new NFL season, there are teams which have flashed good signs early which may be deceptively good or teams which have disappointed who are just going through a blip. Debo spends this episode going through which teams are in position to continue their early season form (whether good or bad) and which teams who aren't what they seem in the early stages.

Caleb Williams was outshone by fellow 2024 QB draftee JJ McCarthy on Monday night which begs the question - Is Caleb gonna be the worst QB in his draft class when it's all said and done?. Also the Miami Dolphins got thumped by the Indianapolis Colts leaving Tua Tagovailoa and Mike McDaniel under serious pressure. Debo gives his take on who is winning each division in the NFL starting with the NFC East, AFC East, NFC West and AFC West in this episode.
