I started thereputationID after I needed to make my boss see me.I was in a meeting for a performance review when I realised that my manager viewed 1% of my potential or achievements.For a manager of a team with 10 people, who was drowning in meetings and catch-ups, the time allocated to see how I performed was inexistent.And I used to be the one believing that 'the results speak for themselves'. Well, I can speak, too.Because I realised that I need to take the matter in my own hands and show him my value: I needed to get on his radar, to get his attention, dazzle him with my results and to do it subtly. After all, we are in a professional environment.So, I read some books on #personalbranding . I applied all those (boring) exercises and in less than a month, my manager came to me and apologised for the rushed review.I got more interesting projects, more responsibilities.
