A middle aged man's journey of discovering his narcissistic abuse and journey to healing. This is not over, I am in the middle of the divorce and will be tied the her for years to come. I hope to stimulate conversation around emotional abuse and hopefully help others. Writing is therapeutic and I hope to help myself along the way.
