During that time, she played a major role in launching twenty‑five locations and is widely recognized as a specialist in multisite ministry.She currently oversees Ministry Engagement at Generis, an organization dedicated to helping churches see their mission accomplished. Jessica is also a mother of six, a published author, and the host of the Women’s Leadership Workshop podcast.
